The Big Bang Theory used to be our go to show. We looked forward to the next new episode and couldn’t wait to see what the nerdy gang was going to be up to next. Whenever nothing was on TV worth watching, we would put on an old episode of The Big Bang Theory, because we owned every season, of course.

Now, it’s like, what happened to The Big Bang Theory? It’s boring. We aren’t even interested in buying season 10.

It started out strong with Penny and Leonard having a marriage ceremony for their family and friends. It was fun to see Penny’s family. Plus, the story line between Sheldon’s mom and Leonard’s father was hysterical.

Then, it slipped. Stuart moved back in with Howard and Bernadette, which is tired story line. Why do they even still have Stuart on this show? There are plenty of characters for a 30 minute show without the need of his pathetic, creepy character. Seriously, let him go. No one will miss him.

Then, they decided to give Raj a personality makeover. Why? To give him a ridiculous reason to move in with Penny and Leonard? They can’t come up with something fun and funny for Penny and Leonard without Raj living with them? Or was this just a way to compact all of the characters into two places, because they’ve been spread too thin?

Whatever the reason, it’s not working. The other night we realized we missed last week’s episode of the show, and then we regretted watching it. Penny and Raj become best girlfriends. Snooze. Last night, we turned it off 10 minutes into it. It was even bigger snooze. Which prompted my question– what happened to The Big Bang Theory?
